Description:

The stress is a normal reaction of the body caused by the interaction with the external environment. Adrenaline is the hormone that sustains this reaction and that in the same time, helps us to solve all the daily challenges effectively. In some cases, there are humans seeking intense stress situations in which the body secretes adrenaline (extreme sports or risky situations).

Beyond these aspects, the one that causes problems is the chronic stress, situation in which the adrenal glands secrete cortisol. Among the main symptoms of chronic stress are: headache, anxiety, hyperkinetic cardiovascular syndrome (tachycardia, palpitations, high blood pressure), hypercholesterolemia, hyperglycemia, obesity, stomach and intestinal pain and spasms, gastric hyperacidity and the list of symptoms can continue for a long time.

Here is a list of diseases that can have chronic stress as a base:
