Precautions:

The recommended daily intake is between 0.5 and 10.8 mg, not to exceed 11 mg/day. Excess manganese can become toxic, especially through industrial exposure. Manganese supplements are not recommended for people with severe liver disease. Minerals such as calcium, iron or zinc can reduce manganese absorption.

People using oral contraceptives or antacids may need additional intake.

Directions for use:

Recommended dose: 2.5–5 ml per day or as directed by a doctor. It is not recommended to exceed the prescribed dose. The product is not a substitute for a balanced diet.

2.5 ml of solution contains 1.875 mg manganese (92.71% of the nutritional reference value for a 70 kg adult). You can use a teaspoon (approx. 2.5 ml) or the bottle cap (approx. 7 ml).

Storage method:

Store in the original packaging, in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. Close the container tightly between uses.
