Directions for use:
Internal:
Infusion of 1 teaspoon of plant in 250 ml of boiling water.
Leave covered for 10–15 minutes, then strain.
Drink 2–3 cups a day.
External:
Concentrated infusion of 2 tablespoons of plant in a cup of boiling water.
Apply as compresses or local baths on the affected area.
