Directions for use:
☕ Internal: Infusion – 1 teaspoon of plant per 250 ml of boiling water. Leave covered for 15-20 minutes, strain and consume 2-3 cups per day an hour before meals.
🛀 External: Concentrated decoction – 3 tablespoons of plant per 250 ml of water, boil for 5 minutes, then leave covered for 15-20 minutes and filter. Use for local baths, compresses or hair treatments.
