How to use:

For internal use:

Prepare an infusion from a teaspoon of plant over which 250 ml of boiling water is poured. Cover the vessel and leave to infuse for 10-15 minutes, then strain. It is recommended to consume 2-3 cups per day, before main meals.

Not recommended for breastfeeding women.
