Description:
“C Natural: Sea-buckthorn & Amalaki,” is a good fortifying and mineralizing product, recommended during periods of high fatigue, against headaches, and also against smoking or alcoholism. Vitamin C or ascorbic acid was discovered by Hungarian scientist Albert Szent-Györgyi. He was the first who managed to extract vitamin C from pepper and this discovery was awarded the Nobel Prize. Vitamin C belongs to the group of hydrosoluble vitamins (soluble in water) and because of this, in case of excessive physical demands, it is eliminated from the body in large quantities. If administered constantly, vitamin C stimulates the immune system and increases resistance against infectious diseases, helping to activate many enzyme systems and it also plays an important role in cellular respiration, being one of the main reducing agents in the body (it is a very powerful antioxidant). It accelerates wound healing, tissue regeneration, it participates in the synthesis of collagen, cartilage and bones, as well as at the synthesis of the adrenal hormones. It has an anti-stress effect, it facilitates the absorption of iron, and together with folic acid and vitamin B12, it stimulates the maturation of erythrocytes (red blood cells), it lowers blood cholesterol and protects the body against carcinogens. It boosts a lot the physical efficiency and the immunity.
Ingredients:
amalaki 225 mg, sea-buckthorn – extract 10:1 – 225 mg, licorice 50 mg, essential lemon oil 5 mg. Excipients: lactose, microcrystalline cellulose, aerosil, magnesium stearate. Active ingredients: ascorbic acid.

Indications:
The asthenic syndrome (fatigue), headaches, palpitations, nervousness, decreased memory and psycho-emotionally labile behaviour, spasmophilia, convalescence, intellectual exhaustion, prolonged exposure to computer radiation, smoking, alcoholism.
Directions for Use:
For adults and children over 14 years: Take 1-2 tablets, 3 times a day, before meals.
Children aged 5 to 14 years: Take ½ -1 tablet, 1-3 times daily, before meals, depending on age and weight.
For children under 5 years, pregnant and breastefeeding women: medical advice is recommended. The tablets can be taken with water or they can be sucked (absorption is much faster and the effect is more intense).
Contraindications:
There are no total contraindications, but it is recommended that pregnant and breastfeeding women and children under 5 years should ask for medical advice before taking the product.
Take it with caution in case of lactose intolerance (it contains small amounts of lactose).
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
