Mega Omega 3-6-9 contains important unsaturated fatty acids obtained exclusively from natural resources – fish, flax seeds and Borago officinalis (borage) for the borage oil. These acids together with vitamin E are an inseparable part of a healthy diet and they have an irreplaceable role for your  health. Omega 3 unsaturated fatty acids include eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), which help keep the heart healthy. A regular supply of DHA is beneficial for brain functions and is important for maintaining optimal cognitive functioning throughout life. DHA also contributes to the maintenance of normal vision. Alpha linolenic acid contributes to a healthy  cholesterol level.

Directions for Use
