Pure Lemon Extract is a natural ingredient, obtained from essential oil extracted by cold pressing lemon peels and food alcohol. Due to the method of obtaining, it preserves the intense and fresh aroma of citrus fruits, being ideal for flavoring desserts, pastries and drinks.

Unlike lemon juice, the extract offers a pleasant aroma, without the bitter taste specific to lemon peel.
