Obtained by slowly macerating Bourbon vanilla pods from Madagascar in 90% food grade alcohol, for a natural and efficient extraction of aromatic compounds.
It offers an authentic, intense and balanced aroma, with warm, sweet and slightly spicy notes.
Ideal for flavoring desserts, cakes, creams, ice cream, sweet sauces and hot drinks.
It does not contain artificial flavors, colors or other additives, being a natural alternative to synthetic vanilla essences.
Due to its high concentration, a small amount is enough to obtain a rich and authentic taste.
How to use
Pure Vanilla Extract can be used in any preparation that uses vanilla in the form of a stick, powder or essence. It is recommended to add a teaspoon of extract to approximately 500 g of the composition, and the amount can be adjusted depending on the intensity of the desired flavor.
