Description:

Stevia leaves (Stevia rebaudiana)

These ingredients are known for their detoxifying, carminative and immunostimulating properties.

How to use:

Internal use – infusion:

Pour 250 ml of boiling water over a teaspoon or tea bag. Cover and leave to infuse for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally. After infusing, strain. A teaspoon of fresh lemon juice can be added.

It is recommended to drink 1–2 liters of tea per day. The tea does not require sweetening due to the natural sweet taste provided by the leaves of sweet stevia, a plant with negligible calorie content, also suitable for people with diabetes or on weight loss diets.
