How to use:

Open the sachet and peel the strips off the plastic backing.
Apply the gel side directly to your teeth, aligning the strip with the gum line and press gently for optimal fixation.
Fold the excess strip on the back of your teeth for better stability.
Leave the strips on for 30 minutes, once a day, then remove and discard.
Any traces of gel can be removed by rinsing or using a tissue.
