How to prepare and administer:

🔸 Internal: Infusion of 1–2 teaspoons of plant per 250 ml of boiling water. Leave covered for 10–15 minutes. Consume 2–3 cups per day, between main meals.

🔸 External: Concentrated infusion of 2 tablespoons of plant per 500 ml of boiling water. Apply as compresses.
