Composition:
The flowering aerial parts of the St. John’s Wort plant (Hypericum perforatum)
Active ingredients:
Volatile oil, hyperazide, rutoside, quercetol, ascorbic acid, caffeic and chlorogenic acids, mineral salts, catechin tannins (up to 12%), hypericin and other active compounds.

How to use administration:
Internal:
Infusion of 1 teaspoon of plant per 250 ml of boiling water. Cover, leave for 10–15 minutes, sweeten to taste. Drink 2–3 teas per day.
External:
Concentrated infusion: 2 teaspoons of plant per 100 ml of boiling water. Apply to the skin in the form of compresses or poultices.
Contraindications:
May cause photosensitivity reactions (photodermatosis) in sensitive individuals
Avoid consumption during drug treatments (e.g. antibiotics, contraceptives)

Directions for use:
Internal (infusion):
Pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of plant.
Cover the container and let it infuse for 10–15 minutes, then strain.
1–2 cups per day are recommended, for a maximum of 10 days, followed by a 10-day break.
The laxative effect occurs 8–10 hours after administration.
Contraindications:
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
Intestinal obstructions, ulcers, inflammatory bowel diseases
Children under 12 years of age
Long-term use is not recommended – may damage the lining of the large intestine
