Food supplement Comfort-U®, GOOD ROUTINE® contains effective concentrations of D-mannose, standardized extract of Merisor and 1 billion CFU L. reuteri for the health of the urinary tract. Food supplement Comfort-U®, GOOD ROUTINE® contains effective concentrations of D- mannose, standardized Merisor extract and 1 billion CFU L. reuteri for the health of the urinary tract.

The product is in the form of delayed-release capsules – designed to pass through the stomach without dissolving, this particular type of capsule allows nutrients to be preserved in their bioidentical form. Comfort-U® brings together in a single capsule the standardized extracts of Cranberry and Bearberry with D-mannose and Lactobacillus reuteri strain to maintain comfort in the urinary system.

Active ingredients:

1. D-mannose

In the form of a simple sugar, it has specific activities in the case of urinary discomfort. It has a targeted action on unfriendly bacteria, mimicking the areas on the surface of the urinary tract where they can attach. In this way, the bacteria can no longer bind to the cells and can no longer cause the manifestations associated with the discomfort at this level; they remain free in the urine and are eliminated physiologically. A recent study showed that the administration of D-mannose in women with manifestations in the active phase is associated with their significant reduction

2. Cranberry extract

The active ingredients in Cranberry extract are proanthocyanidins (PACs), natural compounds synthesized by the plant with a role in supporting the health of the urinary tract. Proanthocyanidins have the ability to selectively bind to bacterial fimbriae (those brush-like structures on the surface of bacterial cells) and inhibit their attachment to the urinary tract mucosa. In addition, the active compounds in the cranberry can reduce the number and length of the fimbriae and, at the same time, can change the shape of the bacteria

3. Bearberry extract

Having in its composition arbutinin, the dominant active compound, the extract of Bear Grapes acts against unfriendly bacteria. Studies show that its administration supports the health of the urinary system for a longer period of time

4. Lactobacillus reuteri

The most recent analysis techniques have suggested the significant role of bacterial colonies in maintaining a balanced flora of the urinary system. Lactobacillus reuteri is among the specific bacterial strains that contribute to maintaining the balance of the urinary, vaginal and gastrointestinal flora. It can restore the natural environment of the urogenital tract and synthesize compounds that do not allow unfriendly bacteria to develop

Mode of administration:

Maintenance: 1 capsule/day,

Intensive: 2-3 capsules/day, at meals, with 200ml of water or as recommended by the specialist consultant.
