Hemp Essentials hulled hemp seeds are a valuable natural source of essential nutrients: complete proteins, Omega-6 and Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, fiber, vitamins and minerals. Benefits
They are an important source of complete protein, containing all essential amino acids. Hemp seed protein has a unique composition: 65% edestin and 35% albumin – two easily digestible proteins and well assimilated by the body.

Naturally presents the optimal ratio of 3:1 between Omega-6 and Omega-3. Alpha-linolenic (ALA – Omega-3) and linoleic (ALA – Omega-6) fatty acids contribute to maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels and are important for the normal growth and development of children. How to consume
Hemp Essentials seeds are considered some of the most nutritious seeds in the world. To preserve their qualities, they are minimally processed, being cold-shelled. The white, soft and velvety kernel has a delicate taste, similar to walnuts or pine nuts. The thin green shell, rich in chlorophyll, can sometimes be visible in the final product.

The kernel naturally contains quality vegetable proteins, polyunsaturated fatty acids, vitamins B1, B3, B6 and E, as well as minerals such as phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, iron, zinc, copper and manganese.
