“Nocturnal” induces the relaxation state specific to the installation of sleep and it positively influences its quality. It contains the active ingredient formula verified by clinical studies conducted in Europe: valerian, passionflower, hop. Valerian is the most renowned and used herb sedative. In a controlled scientific study, valerian administration showed that patients felt significantly more refreshed upon awakening, and that they were experiencing a better quality of sleep and felt less tired during the day. Passiflora has a calming effect and it soothes excessive nervousness, anxiety, and depression. Among the many attributes of hop, the most important is its power to induce sleep and sensorial balance. Each plant acts on the various phases of sleep, completing it.
