Directions for Use:

Adults and children over 7 years: generally, the dose is of 2 ml, in a small quantity of water, twice a day, before meals.
Children aged  2 to 7 years:  generally, the dose is of 1 ml, in a small quantity of water, twice a day, before meals.

The length of the treatment can vary between 1-3 months..

You can resume the administration after a break of 1 or 2 months.

1ml = about 25 drops
