Description:
St. John’s Wort contains the active ingredients: hypericin – which is the main component responsible for its pharmaceutical action, tannins and flavonoid derivatives. Besides its classical effects, which are very well known, as it is antimicrobial, choleretic, cholecystokinetic, and healing. It was observed that it also has a good antidepressant action, acting as an inhibitor for monoaminoxidase (MAO).
Ginseng root, due to its rich content in ginsenosides and prostisol, has a wide range of pharmaceutical effects with tonic action, both positively influencing the immunostimulatory erythropoiesis, and increasing the body’s resistance and its antiatherosclerotic and hepatoprotective ability, and at the same time stimulating reproduction and psychosexual funtions. Moreover, the anxiolytic effects of ginseng at the level of the central nervous system (CNS) are also very important and, namely, it prevents and fights against symptoms of neurasthenia and neurovegetative dystonia.
Due to the enhancement of the antidepressant action of ginseng with that of St. John’s wort, this product may be used to control various depressive phenomena that occur during the detoxification treatment with doping substances.
Ingredients:
Hyperici herba (St. John’s wort) 0,200g, Ginseng radix (ginseng root) 0,050g.
Indications:
depression (symptomatic, reactive, neurotic depression), supporting treatment during detoxification diets with substances that cause addiction (alcohol, heroin, cocaine, etc.), cholecystitis, peptic and duodenal ulcer.
Directions for Use:
Take 1 capsule a day. At the doctor’s recommendation, the dose can be increased to 2-3 capsules a day.
Precautions:
Rarely, the prolonged administration of the product may cause hypericism, a phenomenon manifested by edematous erythema and photosensitivity.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
