Description:

Ingredients:

Polydonum cuspidatum root extract, standardized at 50% resveratrol;
Inactive ingredients: vegetable cellulose, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, vegetable capsule (cellulose). It may contain traces of allergenic compounds (milk, soy, eggs, wheat, fish, shellfish, nuts).
It contains NO sugar, starch, preservatives, flavours or colouring agents.

Directions for Use

Take 1-2 capsules per day, 30 minutes before the main meals.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Warnings: It is not recommended for women suffering from cancer of hormonal etiology. Children and young people under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding women and people taking other drugs with or without medical prescription should consult their doctor or pharmacist before taking this product. Do not use it in association with products having an anticoagulant effect.

Resveratrol is a substance belonging to the group of polyphenols, having a strong antioxidant action, that is extremely beneficial for the human body, both in preventind and in treating various chronic diseases.

It is found in a very high concentration in black grapes, and especially in their shell (resveratrol is especially secreted by grapes when the vine is attacked by parasitic fungi and bacteria, as resveratrol is originally a defense substance ), in blueberries, followed in order by red grapes, (white or red) grape seeds, cranberry, blackberry, cowberry, black and red currants, apples with a reddish peel, dark plums, walnuts, pomegranate, red cabbage, red onion, black beans; it is also produced by various plants, such as Polygonum cuspidatum.

Red wine is rich in polyphenols with synergistic action, resveratrol being just one of them; this probably explains the “French paradox”, respectively that the incidence of cardiovascular disease that is relatively low in Southern France, as French people are big red wine drinkers, although their diet is very high in saturated fat.

This substance shows significant antioxidant, immunomodulatory, anti-inflammatory, anticancer, cardioprotective, and neuroprotective properties.

Therapeutic Action:
