Recommended dose:

2.5–5 ml per day or as directed by a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product does not replace a varied and balanced diet.

Nutritional content:

2.5 ml of solution provides 5.57 mg of iron (39.79% of the NRV for a 70 kg adult). For children, the dose is adjusted proportionally to body weight. It is recommended to use the dosing cap, a teaspoon or the bottle cap (capacity approx. 7 ml).

Indicative daily requirement:

Children 1–3 years: 15 mg/day

Children 4–10 years: 10 mg/day

Boys and girls 11–18 years: 18 mg/day

Adults: 10 mg/day
