Composition:
Bark of the crusin shrub – Rhamnus Frangula L.
Active principles:
Contains anthraquinone glycosides A and B, glycosides, dianthrones, flavonoids and tannins.
Therapeutic action:
Can help with the action of laxative-purgative, choleretic (stimulates contraction of the gallbladder and the evacuation of bile into the intestine) and cholagogue (stimulates bile secretion).
Method of administration:
Internal: 1-2 teaspoons of the product are moistened with water, left to rest for 10 minutes. Then, 200 ml of boiling water is added and boiled over low heat for 10 minutes. Leave covered for 10-15 minutes, then filtered. Drink a cup of warm tea at night before bed, and if necessary, the same amount can be drunk in the morning.
Contraindications:
Not recommended in case of diarrhea, chronic diarrhea, irritable bowel syndrome, colorectal cancer, intestinal obstructions and inflammations, Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis or appendicitis.
Precautions:
Do not use for more than 7 days. Do not administer to children under 12 years of age or during pregnancy and breastfeeding. This product is a food supplement and should not replace a varied and balanced diet. Keep out of reach of small children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
