How to use:
Internal – infusion:
Pour 250 ml of boiling water over a teaspoon of plant. Cover the container and leave to infuse for 10–15 minutes, then strain.
Drink 2–3 cups a day, 30 minutes before meals.
Treatments of 1–2 weeks are recommended, with 3-day breaks in between, repeated until the desired results are achieved.
External:
Compresses can be applied to the joints or baths can be taken to stimulate blood circulation.
Contraindications:
Not recommended for people with a high risk of bleeding or those suffering from gallstones.
