Active principles:

Contains biogenic amines, glycosides, tannins, resins, flavones, traces of alkaloids, mineral salts and vitamin C.

Properties:

Hemostatic, vasoconstrictor effect on the uterus, uterotonic; regulates menstrual flow and blood pressure, also having an astringent and hypotensive effect.

Recommendations:

Internal use in cases of uterine bleeding, uterine diseases, dysmenorrhea, metrorrhagia, menopausal disorders, epistaxis (nosebleeds), diarrhea, hypertension and atherosclerosis.

Administration:

Internal preparation: infuse a teaspoon of the plant in 250 ml of water, leave covered for 10-15 minutes. It is recommended to drink 1-2 cups of tea per day, in long-term treatments.

Contraindications:

Respecting the recommended doses, the product does not have side effects. It is contraindicated for pregnant or breastfeeding women, as well as for people on anticoagulants, contraceptives or corticosteroids. Caution is recommended for people with coagulation disorders, insomnia, nervous or sexual hyperexcitability, epilepsy, Parkinson’s, depression, hyperthyroidism or hypocorticism. This food supplement does not replace a varied and balanced diet and should not be left within the reach of small children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
