Effects:
antidepressant, antispasmodic, anxiolytic, it maintains the optimal levels of serotonin at the level of the brain

Indications:
It is used as an adjuvant against: reactive depression, endogenous depression, postnatal depression (when the mother is not breastfeeding), seasonal affective disorders, anxiety disorders, panic attacks.

Ingredients:
-lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) – 100mg
-garden angelica (Angelica Archangelica) – 50mg
-milk thistle (Sylibum marianus) – 50mg
-basil (Occimum basilicum) – 50mg
-costmary (Chrysanthemum balsamita) – 50mg
-cinnamon (Cinnamonum cassia) – 50mg
-cocoa (theobroma cacao) – 35mg
-fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) – 35mg
-mint (Menthe piperita) – 35mg
-St. John’s Wort (Hypericum perforatum) – 35mg
-ylang-ylang (cananga odorata) – 10mg
-excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, lactose, aerosil.

Directions for Use:
For adults (over 18 years old): take 1 tablet, 3 times a day (it is not addictive).

During demanding periods, for a short time of 2-3 weeks, 2 tablets may be taken 3 times daily.

Children aged 14 to 18 years: take  ½ tablet, 3 times a day, under the Sdoctor’s supervision.

The tablets can be taken with water or they can be sucked.

Contraindications:

Only under the doctor’s supervision, children under 14 years, pregnant and breastfeeding women (for the latter, we recommend lemon balm and/or cinnamon under as an infusion (not strong) or aromatherapy with essential oil of ylang-ylang, cinnamon, basil, lemon balm etc.).

It should be taken with caution in case of allergy to cocoa, chocolate and lactose.
