Traditional uses:
Adjuvant in supporting liver health, stimulating bile secretion and improving digestion.

Preparation:
For internal use – prepare as an infusion. Pour 250 ml of boiling water over a teaspoon or sachet of the product. Cover the container and leave to infuse for 10–15 minutes, shaking occasionally. After infusing, strain and, optionally, add a teaspoon of fresh lemon juice.

Administration:
Consume internally, up to 1–2 liters of tea per day, depending on needs.
