Active principles:

Phenyletonoids: acteoside (verbascoside), cistanoside F, lavandulifolioside, planamajoside, isoacteoside

How to use:

Internal:

Infusion – pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of plant. Cover the pot and leave to infuse for 10–15 minutes, then strain. Drink 2–3 cups of warm tea per day.

External:

Concentrated infusion – use 2 tablespoons of plant per 1 cup of boiling water. Apply locally as compresses to the affected area.

At the recommended doses and method of use, there are no known adverse effects, except for possible allergic reactions to any of the ingredients.
